9 Series Movements
Watch Specifications
Each watch features a custom case milled from 316L stainless steel, with a unique design created specifically for the IronWings brand. This gives our watches a distinctive look, feel, and wrist presence.
Sapphire Front Crystal
The front crystal is made from sapphire glass with anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings, giving the watch a premium finish and excellent everyday durability.
Mineral Glass Case Back
The case back uses anti-scratch coated mineral glass, chosen for its toughness and designed to help protect the movement while allowing it to be viewed.
The Sea Harrier watch features two unique dial designs created by our in-house designers. Each dial showcases a detailed line drawing of either the Sea Harrier FRS1 or FA2, with red detailing inspired by the red line markings found on the upper surface of the aircraft.
The Sea Harrier FRS1 and FA2 watches are powered by the Miyota 9015 automatic movement, a slim premium mechanical calibre known for its reliability, 24-jewel construction, 28,800 vph beat rate, hacking seconds, hand-winding, and approximately 42-hour power reserve.
The Sea Harrier GMT is powered by the Miyota 9075 automatic GMT movement, offering the same premium mechanical feel with an added true GMT function. Its central GMT hand and independently adjustable hour hand make it ideal for tracking a second time zone while retaining the everyday durability and reliability expected from the Sea Harrier collection.
The Sea Harrier watches are fitted with quick-release straps on a 20mm lug width, making them easy to change without tools.
Each strap is made from nylon with a leather backing, giving the watch a military-inspired look while still offering a premium feel on the wrist. Finished with IronWings branding, the strap adds to the aviation and military character of the Sea Harrier collection.

The Sea Harrier.
IronWings was created with a purpose: to help fund the purchase, restoration, and preservation of Sea Harrier aircraft.
This is not an easy mission. Sea Harriers are becoming increasingly rare, and while our long-term hope is to one day secure and preserve our own aircraft, our mission goes far beyond ownership.
We aim to record and preserve the history of the Sea Harrier, the stories of the men and women who flew, maintained, and supported these aircraft, and to create a dedicated archive celebrating their legacy.
Alongside this, we are building and developing a STEM platform designed to inspire the next generation through aviation, engineering, history, and technology.
